Booking Sessions

Bookings & Deposits
All appointments must be booked online. A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your session fee.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, and missed appointments may incur a charge of up to the full session fee, taking into account any deposit paid and any loss reasonably incurred.

Payment
Any applicable outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment. Full payment in advance may be required for future bookings following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.

Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid affecting other clients.

Client Referrals
Male clients are accepted by referral only and must be a partner, family member or friend of an existing female client.

By booking with The Zen Den, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking Meditations

Spaces at The Zen Den’s monthly meditation evenings must be booked and paid for online.

Payment is non refundable if 48 hrs notice of cancellation is not given.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase.

Each Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before the expiry date shown on the voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Appointments are subject to availability, so please book your treatment in good time before your voucher expires.

Once as your voucher expires, it can no longer be redeemed.
