Booking Sessions

All bookings must be made online via the website.

A £10 deposit is taken at the time of booking your session at The Zen Den.

If booking your next session whilst in the studio a £10 deposit is still required.

This Deposit is non refundable if 48hrs notice of cancellation is not given.

Your appointment can be managed online, you can reschedule or cancel right up to this 48hr window.

If you do not show up for your session and do not notify me you will be charged for 100% of your session fee and you will be required to pay for the full session in advance before attending in the future.

Please try to arrive to your session on time. You will be turned away if you are more than 15 Minutes late.

Booking Meditations

Spaces at The Zen Den’s monthly meditation evenings must be booked and paid for online.

Payment is non refundable if 48 hrs notice of cancellation is not given.

Your space can not be transferred to a different mediationevening if you can not attend the one you booked onto.
